Everything ships from Los Angeles, packed by hand.

Dispatch

Orders go out within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

United States

Standard — 3–7 business days, $10
Free standard — 3–7 business days, on orders over $200
Express — 2–3 business days, $25

International

We ship worldwide, at a flat rate by region:

Canada — 7–14 business days, $25
United Kingdom & Europe — 10–18 business days, $35
Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Israel, Malaysia — 10–20 business days, $40
Rest of world — 14–28 business days, $55

Free shipping over $200 applies to United States orders only.

Duties and taxes

International prices exclude import duties and local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. Our garments are made in the United States, so under USMCA, Canadian orders generally clear duty-free.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Email support@bags-boxes.com with your order number to start one. We will reply with an authorisation and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

If we got it wrong — wrong item, wrong size sent, or a fault — we cover return shipping. If you changed your mind, return shipping is yours and original shipping is not refunded.

Exchanges

Place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund. It is faster, and it stops the size you need selling out while an exchange sits in a queue.

Refunds

We inspect returns and email you either way, usually within 3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
