Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at bagsandboxes@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new piece.

Non-returnable Items

We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Preorders

Preorder pieces are made to order. Shipping takes up to 6–8 weeks from the time of purchase.
