Refund policy

We want you to live in these pieces. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The item must come back unworn and unwashed, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@bags-boxes.com with your order number and which pieces you are sending back. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — packages that arrive without an authorisation cannot be processed.

Who pays return shipping

If we got it wrong — wrong item, wrong size sent, or a fault in the garment — we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
If you changed your mind — return shipping is yours to cover. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund. Holding an exchange in a queue usually means the size you need sells out while you wait.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and email you either way, usually within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that to post it. If it has been more than 15 business days since we told you your refund was approved, email us and we will chase it.

Faults and damage

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.

What we cannot take back

Gift cards.
Final sale items, where marked.
Anything worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags.

Made-to-order pieces

Some items are cut only once you order them. Where that is the case it is stated clearly on the product page before you buy. These are still returnable under the 30-day policy above.

If you are in the European Union

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving one. The item still needs to come back unworn, unwashed and with tags.

International returns

We are happy to accept returns from anywhere we ship. Return shipping, and any duties or taxes already paid, are not refundable unless the fault was ours. Mark the parcel clearly as a returned good so it is not charged duty on the way back to us.
