Everything ships from Los Angeles, packed by hand.

When your order goes out

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.

United States

Standard — 3–7 business days — $10
Free Standard — 3–7 business days — free on orders over $200
Express — 2–3 business days — $25

International

We ship worldwide. Rates are flat by region:

Canada — 7–14 business days — $25
United Kingdom & Europe — 10–18 business days — $35
Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Israel, Malaysia — 10–20 business days — $40
Rest of world — 14–28 business days — $55

Free shipping over $200 applies to United States orders only.

Duties and taxes

International prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Your country may charge these on arrival, and they are the customer's responsibility. Carriers usually collect them before they hand the parcel over.

One thing worth knowing: our garments are made in the United States, which under the USMCA agreement generally means Canadian orders clear duty-free.

Delivery estimates are estimates

Transit times are the carrier's, not ours, and customs can add time we cannot predict. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier it is in their hands.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If something is wrong, email us immediately at support@bags-boxes.com — if the label has not been printed we can usually fix it. Once a parcel ships to an address you entered incorrectly we cannot recover it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier and sort you out.
